GuestlineTM Implements Roomlynx and Rezlynx At Linthwaite House Hotel

GuestlineTM has been successful in securing the contract
to implement its Rezlynx web based PMS solution and Roomlynx channel manager at
Linthwaite House Hotel in Windermere.
“Roomlynx will
enable us to expose our entire inventory online, which is of vital importance if
we are to maximise revenue from our own website and online booking channels”

Guestline Launches New Corporate Identity

Over the coming months the new identity will be rolled out to all marketing material including stationery, brochures, exhibition stands, advertising and websites.

Roomlynx Completes Certification To SynXis RedX CRS

The two-way interface will facilitate the seamless delivery of reservations from all of the worlds major Global Distribution Systems (Sabre, Galilleo, Amadeus and Worldspan) directly into their Guestline or RezLynx property management system (PMS), without the need for manual data entry. It will also enable hotels to manage online rates, availability and restrictions directly from their PMS.
By controlling rate and inventory availability from a single real-time source, hotels will now not need to close out early in fear of overbooking and will be able to sell right down to the last room, which will improve revenues significantly. Additionally, it will provide them with greater control of their online presence and reduce the time spent managing their online channels.

Spirit Group Installs RezLynx Property Management System At 36 Sites
RezLynx is a 100% internet based property management system (PMS) designed around a single, centrally located data source, hosted at Guestline’s secure data centre which can be accessed from anywhere in the world via a standard web browser. The solution incorporates feature rich PMS functionality, Central Reservation System (CRS) and Head Office Management module. It also has the ability to interface with a wide range of 3rd party systems such as telephone, EPoS, key cards, accounts and interactive TV.
The Spirit Group is one of the UK’s fastest growing bar and restaurant operators with over 800 sites in its portfolio. The core focus of the project was to provide the Spirit Group with a centralised property management solution that would facilitate real-time head office management reporting, provide seamless cross-property bookings and accommodate live online reservations.

Marston's Installs RezLynx at 58 sites

RezLynx is a 100% internet based property management system (PMS) designed around a single, centrally located data source, hosted at Guestline’s secure data centre which can be accessed from anywhere in the world via a standard web browser.
The primary focus of the project was to provide Marston’s with a centralised solution that would enable them to increase occupancy rates, improve revenue management, accommodate live online reservations and have the ability to view live performance statistics across the whole of the estate including a consolidated sales ledger. In addition, Marston’s were keen to increase the visibility of their room inventory on on-line portals.
