Due to our continued success we wish to recruit an additional Hotel Software Trainer and First Line Support Analyst to help us meet and exceed the expectations of our growing client base.
First Line Support Analyst
The ideal candidate should
have a sound working knowledge of Property Management Systems and
Microsoft Office and have previously held a reservations or front
office position within the hotel industry.
You should have the confidence to work on your own initiative, and have the ability to communicate at all levels and work effectively within a team environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential along with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
The position is office based in Shrewsbury.

Hotel Software Trainer
This opportunity will
appeal to an energetic and ambitious person, most
likely wishing to progress from a hotel-based front office, supervisory
or management role. Typically our trainers work away during the week
(Monday to Friday) at our client’s premises mostly in the UK, and
occasionally in Europe; we offer an excellent salary package and a
fully expensed company car.
The successful candidate will have a confident personality, be self-motivated and possess the time management and communication skills required to successfully guide hotel staff and senior managers through a structured and detailed training program.
Experience with PMS and possessing a recognised training qualification would be advantageous; this position would also suit an experienced trainer in a similar role.
